Production Associate START ASAP
Location: Morgantown, PA
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2-2-3, alternating schedule, every other weekend)
Pay: $20.51 per hour + $40 weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

The Production Associate will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated machinery, conducting quality checks, and packaging finished products. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously

• Perform quality control checks on containers and lids

• Package products, tape boxes, and load pallets

• Move materials using pallet jacks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license (no ride-sharing or carpooling permitted)

• Must be able to stand on concrete floors for the entire shift

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Must wear steel toe boots (company provides lab coat, hairnet, beard net, and hearing protection)

• Strict compliance with appearance standards (no fake nails, nail polish, or false eyelashes)

• No felony convictions

• Drug screening required
