Operating large farm equipment- 12 row, 10-350 HP- operating equipment with GPS guidance systems, web-based farm management programs, cultivating, tilling, fertilizing. Planting corn, soybeans, cotton, milo, rice, and wheat. Operating harvest equipment for corn, cotton, soybeans, milo, rice, and wheat. Transporting harvested crops via grain cart from combine to trucks. Assembling round cotton bales in staging areas to be picked up for hauling to cotton gin. Assisting in irrigation maintenance, center pivots, furrow, using pipe planner including swath control, laying poly pipe, disposing of poly pipe, refueling irrigation units and maintenance of irrigation power units. Minor repairs and maintenance of farm equipment. Maintain worksite area. Cleaning of headquarters, equipment and vehicles. Mowing & clipping of grass of farm, headquarters and turnrows. Grain bins: overseeing loading of grain bins. Maintenance of grain bins throughout the harvest season. Cleaning of grain bins when grain has been shipped. Insecticides applied by a tractor and/or industrial spray applicator. Worker must be able to lift 75 lbs. United States driver license required or international driver license. Heavy machinery experience such as excavators, back hoes, and dozer. Dirt work to improve irrigation of crops.
