Make Ready / Punch Tech – SE Houston

Pay: $19–$21/hr

Schedule: Tues–Fri, 8AM–5/6PM

Step into a fast-paced role where your skills make an immediate impact. BGSF is partnering with top Property Management companies in SE Houston to bring on an experienced Make Ready/Punch Tech who knows how to get units move-in ready with speed and quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete make-ready turns efficiently and thoroughly
• Handle basic repairs: drywall patches, paint touch-ups, fixture replacements
• Ensure appliances, doors, locks, and hardware are fully functional
• Assist with minor electrical and plumbing tasks (as allowed)
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and provide excellent service
• Support the maintenance team with additional projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous make-ready or punch experience strongly preferred
• Solid repair/maintenance skill set
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. and handle physical tasks
