Apartment Leasing Agent Job Information: Full time, contact-to-permanent opportunity Location: This is a "floating" position. Will assist with supporting daily tasks for 4-6 apartment properties in Ocean County Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Starting pay: $20.00 per hour Leasing Agent Responsibilities: Leasing Agent will assist Property Managers with providing daily support to 4-6 apartment properties located in Ocean County, NJ. Helps show units to prospective tenants, assists with rental payments, late notices, processing work orders, etc. Answers incoming phone calls and provides information or routes calls to the appropriate person. Greets visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents. Provides potential and current residents with accurate information on available rental units. May post basic info on various social media such as the company’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Files paperwork pertaining to the property. Organizes the office and orders supplies. Partners with maintenance team on work orders for the residents. Maintains wait list, updates, and sends letters. Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair. Leasing Agent Requirements: Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. At least six (6) months prior leasing, property management, or other related experience is a plus. Must have an outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. #J-18808-Ljbffr System One
