Job Description
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well-established community in Columbus, OH . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting, and keeping properties in top shape!
✅ Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance tasks including repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Assist with make-ready units for new residents (painting, minor repairs, cleaning)
Maintain the property’s overall appearance and ensure safety standards are met
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
✅ Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
HVAC certification preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
