Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Temp to Hire

Pay: $17.00 per hour

This is NOT a remote position, it's in the office.

Duties:

• Provide exceptionally engaging service and technical support to customers.
• Manage the front window - tasked with walk-in customer payment processing.
• Handle incoming calls and create work orders for service investigation as needed.
• Assist with tap processing obtaining quotes, collecting fees, scheduling installations of taps and meters, collecting meter information and relating to corresponding personnel for system updates.
• Properly handle a diverse set of customer requests and inquiries, accurately.
• Properly document all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of one year of Call Center experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Exceptional work ethic, time management skills, and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
