THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Power BI to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights. In this role, you will design and maintain dashboards, optimize data pipelines, and deliver reporting that informs key decisions across finance, sales, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, technically strong, and capable of bridging business needs with data-driven solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and advanced DAX calculations that deliver clear insights to stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.

  • Integrate and manage data pipelines across ERP, CRM, and other systems, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Enhance BI tools, workflows, and governance practices to improve usability, data integrity, and reporting performance.

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into effective BI solutions for finance, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.

  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users to maximize adoption of BI tools and reports.

  • Support ad-hoc projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role (preferably in a financial setting).

  • Proven ability to independently design, develop, and manage Power BI solutions.

  • Power BI certification preferred.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

  • Familiarity with Python, R, or Azure Databricks is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across finance, sales, engineering, and customer success functions.

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, governance, and ethical data handling.
