Contribute to the design of systems that are scalable, testable, and easy to extend as trading needs evolve. Investigate and resolve production issues in partnership with trading and research teams. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience programming in C++ day-to-day Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles. Experience developing in Linux environments, including debugging and profiling. Familiarity with multithreading, networking, or performance tuning in real-world applications. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with non-engineering stakeholders.
