???? Now Hiring: CAD Designer - Civil Engineering Projects (ND)

Location Options: Dickinson, Williston, or Fargo, North Dakota

W3Global Client is seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and cross-functional teams to design and support a wide range of civil engineering projects -including large-scale land development, infrastructure, transportation, and municipal utilities.

We're looking for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment and is eager to grow into a larger role within our firm.

What You'll Do:

• Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers and project team members to ensure design accuracy.

• Prepare and review layouts, drawings, and blueprints .

• Update and maintain design documentation and records.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations .

• Provide input during project meetings and contribute to design solutions.

• Assist in troubleshooting design issues and recommending improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D ; familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar CAD software .

• 4+ years of CAD design experience in civil engineering (or equivalent educational experience).

• Strong understanding of design principles and engineering fundamentals.

• Excellent attention to detail , problem-solving skills, and multitasking ability.

• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a collaborative, fast-moving environment .

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of desk/computer work.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

• Comfort with physical activity such as squatting, bending, or lifting when setting up project activities.
