We are an active investment group focused on acquiring and scaling single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. Our goal is to consistently raise 6 to 7 figures per month in investor capital to fund acquisitions and long term growth. In addition to real estate, we are actively sourcing service based business acquisitions , creating diversified opportunities for our investor base. Role Overview: We are seeking a high level consultant/advisor with deep experience in capital raising. The ideal candidate will help us structure, systemize, and execute a repeatable fundraising process to attract investors of all types including accredited, institutional, and personal/private investors. This role is strategic, not just introductions, but guidance on building a scalable capital raising engine. Key Responsibilities: Advise on capital raising strategies for real estate and business acquisitions Help structure deals, investor pitches, and offering memorandums Provide insights on compliance, investor relations, and fund structuring Assist in building repeatable systems for raising 6 to 7 figures monthly Connect us with best practices and frameworks for building investor trust Qualifications: Proven experience raising capital for real estate (single family, multifamily, or commercial) and/or business acquisitions Strong understanding of investor compliance considerations (Reg D, Reg CF, Reg A, etc.) Network of accredited, institutional, and personal investors (a plus) Track record of successful fundraising campaigns ($1M+ per raise) Excellent communication, investor relations, and deal structuring skills Compensation: Flexible: retainer plus performance based structure (to be discussed) Opportunity to grow with an expanding acquisitions company Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Business Virtual Solutions
