Mixer/Operator

7am - 5pm

$16/Hour - on the job training

The Mixer Operator role is focused on the mixing of 300 gal. batches of various formulations.

Responsibilities:

• Operates an industrial mixer, vacuum pump, dust collector, scales, and tank press to convert raw materials into finished sealants and adhesives.
• Read and follow a batch sheet
• Locate, weigh, and add the proper raw materials to mixing vessels
• Clean the mixer, all parts, and mixing cans according to training procedures.
• Properly label the containers, record what has been produced on a daily production sheet.
• Collect lab samples of each batch for QC purposes.

Requirements:

• Requires ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions, such as SOPs, Batch Records, policies, procedures, etc.
