Wage: $24.06 - $36.09/hour

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) according to specifications
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work orders to determine machining requirements
- Select proper tooling, speeds, feeds and machine settings for efficient and precise production
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges and other precision instruments
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency

Requirements for CNC Machinist:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, tooling and programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and technical documents
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials as required (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
