Responsibilities

Ensures that color samples are developed in accordance with customer specifications at the lowest possible cost, while meeting company standards for quality and performance. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires little to no day-to-day direction. Qualifications

Education and Experience

• US High School diploma, GED equivalency or relevant experience
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience with color adjustments, formulating, sample generation and/or color knowledge preferred
• Prior experience working in a laboratory environment preferred
• Technology R & D
• Problem Solving Techniques
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (i.e. constant use of protective gear)
• This is a 2nd shift position, 1-9:30pm
