DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Proven experience in project accounting within the construction industry. Proficiency with AIA billing (currently handling 50–60 applications monthly). Ability to oversee and support an Accounting Assistant and Payroll Manager. Broad understanding of job costing, WIP schedules, and overall construction financials. A mindset for process improvement, leadership development, and long-term commitment.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Managing all project-level accounting functions. Preparing and submitting monthly AIA billing. Overseeing payroll and supporting accounting staff. Collaborating directly with the CFO on financial strategy and departmental improvements. Transitioning into departmental leadership over time with full ownership of accounting functions.
