Job Description

Our client, a leading fashion & apparel retailer in LA, is looking to add a corporate paralegal to their quickly growing legal team. This is an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding organization and support their international expansion plans.

The role reports to Sr. Legal Personnel and interfaces with business stakeholders / international reps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate matters related to the company's expansion, including entity formation & commercial agreement drafting.
• Manage corporate filings to ensure compliance for all entities. Support cross-functional legal teams (IP, Litigation, Real Estate, Employment) as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• BA or BS.
• ABA-Paralegal Cert.
• 3-5+ years of experience.
