Director of Patient Experience - Magee Resource Group Magee Resource Group has partnered with a not-for-profit health system in the South to recruit a Director of Patient Experience . Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, this system leader will engage with and support system and operational leaders, helping them drive a patient‑ and family‑centered care approach. This leader will understand the customer viewpoint, service excellence, and the ability to engage with leaders as well as frontline staff to help them deliver excellence in patient experience. This role is an opportunity for the right visionary to develop an excellent program in patient/family‑centered care, embraced by a health system that believes relationships matter. The Director will lead strategic initiatives in engagement, education, safety, communication, and loyalty, and by strengthening hospital relationships and optimizing partnerships, will build a foundation for measurable, sustainable improvements in patient experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, hospitality, communications, or a related field (master’s preferred). Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer or patient experience initiatives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop strategy, inspire teams, and build relationships systemwide.
