This role is essential to ensuring accurate inventory control, Medicare-compliant equipment handling, and timely delivery support, while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.\r\n\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nManage daily warehouse operations for DME equipment including hospital beds, oxygen, mobility, respiratory, and wound care items\r\nOversee equipment receiving, cleaning, disinfection, staging, and deployment in compliance with Medicare and infection-control standards\r\nTrack rental versus purchased equipment, serial numbers, and maintenance schedules\r\nMaintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies\r\nCoordinate with delivery technicians to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries and pickups\r\nEnsure proper documentation, tagging, and asset tracking for Medicare audits\r\nSupervise warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance management\r\nMaintain warehouse organization, safety procedures, and OSHA compliance\r\nCollaborate with intake, billing, and management teams to support operational efficiency\r\nAssist with equipment returns, refurbishing, and disposition.\r\n\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nMinimum of 3 years experience in a DME warehouse, medical supply warehouse, or healthcare logistics environment\r\nStrong knowledge of DME equipment and rental workflows\r\nExperience with inventory management systems \r\nUnderstanding of Medicare DMEPOS compliance standards \r\nProven leadership and staff management experience\r\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\r\nAbility to lift and move medical equipment as required\r\nValid driver’s license
