Job Description
Our firm is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or a newly licensed attorney interested in building a career in consumer bankruptcy law.
About the Role:
You will assist clients through every stage of the bankruptcy process, from intake to discharge, with a focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. You will gain valuable, hands-on experience in client counseling, case strategy, court filings, and hearings.
What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in California.
No prior bankruptcy experience required — we provide training and mentorship.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
Commitment to providing compassionate and effective representation to clients.
