Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Finisher to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate is passionate about woodworking, finishing techniques, and takes pride in producing flawless results.
Responsibilities
Prepare wood surfaces before finishing (sanding, cleaning, inspecting parts).
Apply stains, oils, varnishes, lacquers, or other finishing products according to REF’s standards.
Perform minor touch-ups and repairs as needed.
Ensure the final color and finish match approved samples.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure quality and meet project timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture finishing, woodworking, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of finishing products and application techniques (staining, spraying, wiping, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail, patience, and consistency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and professionalism are a must.
