Construction Worker – Precast Concrete Facility

Location: The Villages, FL

Shifts Available: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd Shift (11pm - 6am)

Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Saturdays required)

Pay: $16 to $17

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team at a precast concrete manufacturing facility in The Villages, FL. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the creation of high-quality concrete products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of precast concrete forms and structures.
• Prepare molds, pour concrete, and finish surfaces as required.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues.
• Support other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete work is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in outdoor or non-climate-controlled environments.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
