EMS FITNESS COACH

• Lead electrifying EMS workouts that challenge and inspire
• Educate members on EMS and how it maximizes results in less time
• Coach with confidence through the OHM Mountain Arc
• Check in with clients before, during, and after class to dial in comfort and performance
• Create an inclusive, high-energy, empowering environment
• Modify movements to meet every fitness level while keeping intensity high
• Keep the studio clean, dialed in, and class-ready
• Rep OHM Fitness at events and promos—bring the energy beyond the studio walls.
