We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Handyman to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of various maintenance tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address potential problems.
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Assist with general building upkeep and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather condition
