The Ranch is hiring a hardworking and reliable Ranch Hand / Handyman to support daily ranch operations and help maintain facilities and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in daily tasks, and contributing to a working ranch in a remote and beautiful location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair of ranch structures, facilities, and equipment
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks as needed
• Assist with setup, upkeep, and repairs of RV housing and utility systems (fuel, water, septic)
• Support ranch operations, including deliveries, fence repairs, landscaping, and vehicle fueling
• Operate small equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and storage areas

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman work is preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform a wide range of repairs
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
• Must have a valid driver’s license; experience operating ranch vehicles and equipment is a plus
