Handyman / Turn Technician – O’Fallon, MO
$17–$19/hr (recommended range)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
Must Be Skilled & Able to Turn Units Independently
🔨 We Need a Strong, Independent Turn TechBGSF is hiring a Skilled Handyman/Turn Technician who can complete full unit turns on their own . This role requires someone confident in repairs, detail-oriented, and efficient at preparing units for new move-ins.
