Our client is in need of an experienced HR Specialist to join their team in Seguin, Texas. You will focus on leave management and all communication process, ensuring compliance with policies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective administration of employee benefits and leave programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of employee leave programs, including processing leave requests and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Coordinate benefits-related functions, such as enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.

• Manage compensation and benefits processes to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.

• Facilitate return-to-work procedures and maintain clear communication with employees regarding leave statuses.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and federal regulations, including FMLA and other benefits-related laws.

• Analyze benefits data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR compliance issues and streamline benefits administration.

• Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits inquiries, offering clear and accurate information.

• Develop and maintain documentation for benefits programs and leave policies, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all employees.

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration within an HR setting.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations and other leave-related compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in benefits analysis and coordination, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Familiarity with benefits administration systems and HR compliance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively address employee inquiries and provide clear guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in handling return-to-work procedures and leave management.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and federal regulations related to employee benefits.
