About the Inside Sales & Office Admin Role:
Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators is growing! We're looking for a driven, personable, and highly organized individual to join our team in Streator, IL. This is a dual-role opportunity that blends inside sales with office administration —perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and closing sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through phone calls, email, and follow-up outreach
  • Present and explain pest control services to help customers find the right solutions
  • Close sales and meet monthly performance goals
  • Track and document sales activity and customer interactions in our system
  • Support daily office operations: data entry, file management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Work closely with the team to drive revenue and improve office efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • A great communicator with strong people skills
  • Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections professionally
  • Detail-oriented and organized—able to keep tasks moving without constant oversight
  • Sales or administrative experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right person
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits for our Inside Sales & Office Admin:

  • Hourly Rate: $15/hour
  • Commission: 3% on all sales
  • Estimated First-Year Earnings: $40,000 – $45,000
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Benefits Include:
