About the Role We’re looking for a driven, creative, and organized Interior Designer to lead design selections, manage procurement, and build lasting client relationships. This role demands both creative vision and precise execution, aligning every detail with Green Valley’s luxury design standards. 1. Design sophisticated, modern-luxury interiors
2. Collaborate with internal teams for efficient execution
3. Prepare design selection booklets and detailed specs
4. Guide clients through custom home selections
5. Conduct job site visits for design compliance
6. Oversee procurement and delivery timelines
7. Serve as the main client contact, including post-close
8. Follow up on feedback and warranty-related concerns
9. Represent the Green Valley standard with pride

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
2. 2+ years in luxury residential design
3. Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Canva, and similar tools
4. Excellent communicator with attention to detail
5. Organized, proactive, and outcome-driven
6. People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
7. Willing to go above and beyond to meet goals

1. Base salary: $75,000+ (based on experience)
