Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and motivated Entry-Level Interior Designer to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to assist in transforming spaces to reflect our customers' unique tastes and lifestyles. This role involves working closely with senior designers and sales associates to create personalized design solutions and showcasing our products in the best possible light. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Assist in meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Support senior designers in providing expert advice on design concepts, furniture selection, color schemes, and layouts. Help create mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings to present design ideas. Design and Execution: Collaborate with the design team to develop detailed design plans and proposals, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications. Assist in coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and installers to ensure the seamless execution of design projects. Participate in the installation and arrangement of furniture and decor items to ensure they meet design specifications. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design and furniture. Maintain a deep understanding of Namaste Furniture’s product offerings and how they can be used in various design contexts. Assist the sales team by providing design insights and helping customers visualize how furniture will fit into their spaces. Help create attractive and functional in-store displays to inspire customers and drive sales. Work collaboratively with senior designers and sales associates to achieve store objectives. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and design techniques. Requirements Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for design. Basic proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
