Our client, a leading investment bank focused exclusively on technology, is seeking to add an Analyst (Level 1/2) to their growing San Francisco office. No 2026 grads at this time. No visas.
Primary ResponsibilitiesAs an Analyst on the M&A team, you will rapidly assume significant responsibilities related to both pitching and executing advisory transactions for a diverse group of private and public clients across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities include:
This role provides direct and active interaction with senior client executives (CEOs, CFOs, etc.). Analysts are expected to attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships.
You will work on multiple projects simultaneously with teams of professionals across all levels of the firm, including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates, collaborating to develop and execute solutions that meet client needs.
