Available Positions:

• Assistant Kitchen Manager
• Assistant Restaurant Manager/Assistant Theatre Manager

What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you'll take charge of your department during your shift-leading your team, managing operations, and ensuring guests have an amazing experience. You'll be the go-to person for problem-solving, coaching, and making sure every shift runs smoothly.


Your general responsibilities will include:

• Leading staff and overseeing shift operations for your department
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and quality control
• Delivering top-tier guest service by leading by example
• Communicating clearly and professionally with team members and leadership
• Handling cash reconciliation, inventory, and point-of-sale systems
• Coaching, training, and holding team members accountable
• Jumping into any role in your department when needed
• Identifying and resolving guest concerns in real-time
• Upholding health and safety standards
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Maintaining a fun, positive, and productive work environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ for some positions)
• At least 6 months of relevant supervisory experience
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays - our busiest times!
• Strong math, computer, and communication skills
• Impeccable money-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
• Physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and long periods of standing (with reasonable accommodations)
