Licensed Master Social Worker ( LMSW ) Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm OR Part time 24 hours per week

A Day in the Life of a Licensed Master Social Worker ( LMSW ):

As a Licensed Master Social Worker ( LMSW ) at The Arc Wayne in Newark, NY, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful clinical consultation and comprehensive social work services for the Article 16 Clinic. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the well-being of people supported.

• Complete timely and accurate service documentation per clinic and Agency polices.
• Provides clinical consultation to Agency programs
• Notifies supervisor and caregiver of any significant events or incidents occurring during therapy
• May provide services to a person through their collateral for the purposes of enhancing the effectiveness of the treatments enabling the person to remain with family or placement setting
• Maintains confidentiality of information regarding service recipients
• Provides Social Work services per New York State part 679 Regulations for Clinic participants as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

You possess excellent communication, written and active listening skills. You are professional and serve as a role model.

• New York State License in Master Social Work ( LMSW )
• A valid New York State driver's license that meets Agency Driver standards.
