Medical Receptionist Call Center 1

The Medical Receptionist Call Center 1 in Oakhurst, NJ plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication between patients and healthcare providers within the health care and social assistance industry. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with scheduling software and electronic health records.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working specifically as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare call center.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare insurance processes.
  • Proficiency in using advanced features of EHR systems.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in the United States.
  • Certification in medical office administration or related fields.

Responsibilities:
