About The Role Step into a vibrant CBRE Meeting & Events Planner role where you become the primary architect of world‑class experiences in our high‑profile global technology client space. You won't just plan logistics; you'll own the vision for small‑to‑medium‑sized client meetings, events, and conferences, serving as the critical point of contact who ensures flawless execution from start to finish. This is your chance to shine within our dynamic Workplace Experience function, delivering exceptional, high‑touch customer service that leaves a lasting impression on every client and visitor who walks through our doors. What you’ll do Produce detailed event planning timelines and track progress, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Distribute event orders and schedules to vendors and team defining event specifics, create timelines and floorplans for set‑up, event flow, and tear‑down details. Oversee pre‑event client planning meetings, including acquiring vendors, menu planning, theme and decor, budgets, etc., and support event communication and marketing plan. Key contact for day of the event, ensuring seamless delivery by the events operations team and vendors; responsible for on‑site coordination, confirming load‑in, set‑up time, and verifying insurance certificates. Support events team with execution, direct event set‑up and tear‑down, welcoming guests, and supporting attendee and speaker requests. Conduct post‑event reporting and reconciliation, suggest recommendations for continuous improvement and cost/process efficiency, and present information to management. Apply standard planning principles with limited practical experience and lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work while working within standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines. What you’ll need Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Benefits Salary: Minimum $83,700 annual; maximum $9 3,000 annual (as stated).
