Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Notary Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for managing the fulfillment of notarization orders from start to finish. You will assign notaries to orders, track progress, ensure documents are returned accurately, and maintain clear communication between notaries and our clients requesting notarizations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
