Advantia Health is seeking two full-time Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join our dynamic team at Susquehanna OB/GYN & Nurse Midwifery , a physician-led practice located in Bel Air, Maryland . Practice Setting : For-profit, private-practice-style OB/GYN group
EMR : Athena
Hospital Equipment : Robotic surgery available
Join a well-established and collegial team of:
2.5 Physicians
5 Certified Nurse Midwives (first call)
5 Nurse Practitioners
Daily patient volume: ~24+ patients/day
Inpatient & Outpatient mix; no telemedicine
Clinic Hours : MondayFriday, 8:15 AM 4:00 PM
Weekday Call : 1:5
Weekend Call : 2 weekends per month
Additional Call : Paid opportunity available
Living Radius : Must be in-house for call if living more than 20 miles from the hospital
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Open to new graduates (including 2026 grads) and experienced physicians
J1 & H1B visa sponsorship available
Base Salary : $300,000$400,000
Bonuses : Net collections-based incentive, signing bonus

CME : $2,500 annual allowance
Licensure/DEA Fees : Reimbursed
