What We’re Looking For:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ADN, BSN, or MSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred (training available).
• Compassion, adaptability and a desire to grow professionally in hospice care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality bedside care and symptom management for hospice patients.
• Educate and support patients and families through individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and implement the plan of care.
• Utilize technology to enhance care coordination and communication.
• Approach patient care holistically, addressing physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling and on-call rotations that support work-life balance.
