Requirements include:
• 5+ years of clinical practice at the faculty level
• Excellent clinical skills with a strong interest and ability in education and research
• A demonstrated academic background and interest in academic productivity
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across specialties, disciplines, and with all levels of staff
• Experience leading teams and quality improvement projects
• Board-certified or eligible in Thoracic Surgery (ABTS) and Congenital Cardiac Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota.
