About the Role
We're seeking a Practice Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of a leading aesthetic practice. This role blends patient experience, financial management, operational excellence, and team leadership to drive practice success.
What You'll Do
Ensure an elevated, concierge-level patient experience.
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-up procedures.
Oversee financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
Streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Lead, mentor, and inspire staff including aestheticians, injectors, and concierge teams.
Drive marketing initiatives, patient engagement, and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Practice Manager (healthcare or aesthetics preferred).
Strong background in financial management and P&L oversight.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and patient care abilities.
Detail-oriented and reliable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
