Your Role - Deliver expert clinical care with compassion and discretion in private residences
- Conduct assessments, develop and oversee care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (LPNs, CNAs, companions, housekeepers)
- Provide medication management, wound care, an health monitoring, post op and chronic care needs
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients and their families
Who We’re Looking For: - Active NYS RN license, in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (private duty, home care, or acute care preferred)
- Impeccable professionalism and communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and white-glove service
- References required
