TRC Talent Solutions in is looking for QA Specialist for our client in Milner, GA

Job Overview:
Perform visual inspection of parts utilizing customer and industry standards. Monitor and determine if any deviations or defect to process has occurred. Reject any parts with product quality concerns to guarantees the highest standards of excellence. 

Job Details:

• Hours: Day Shift 
• Pay: $16-$18 based on experience
• Positions: QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspection of parts to determine acceptability based on outlined standards. 
• Properly mark and track rejected parts.
• Utilize inventory tracking system to identify defective inventory and print tags
• Conduct visual inspection of parts to determine acceptability based on outlined standards.
• Communicate with Line Leaders and Paint Leads about any part defects.
• Assist with production line tasks when able (removing masking). 
• Complete paint testing on parts and/or panels for validations. 
• Present data effectively, being able to read and interpret information. 
• Adjust to changes based on department, customer and company needs. Delays and/or unexpected events may occur. 
• Be able to perform under stressful situations. 
• Maintain testing equipment, tools, and quality office in a professional manner. 
• Operate power tools bases on assigned tasks. 
• Maintain a clean work area, to include maintaining cleanliness in Quality office. 
• Maintain line safety in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance inspection experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment involving metal fabrication and industrial painting.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment.
• Ability to be trained and oriented towards solutions.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional integrity.
