Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Manage and enforce QA/QC programs for HVAC and plumbing systems on high-spec projects
+ Conduct inspections, review documentation, and verify compliance with specs, codes, and standards
+ Interface with engineers, clients, and inspectors to resolve quality concerns proactively
+ Track and close punch list items while maintaining detailed QA/QC records
+ Promote a proactive, jobsite-wide culture of quality, accountability, and safety

Qualifications -

+ 7 or more years of QA/QC experience on mechanical scopes in data center, cleanroom, or pharma environments
+ Familiarity with cleanroom validation, pressure testing, and mission-critical system requirements
+ Strong documentation, field coordination, and audit skills
+ Working knowledge of ASME, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant industry standards
+ OSHA 30 or CxA certification preferred
