Job Description

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a proactive Asset Analyst to join and provide support to the growing Real Estate team. The associate will be accountable for improving cash flow through financial analysis of operating expenses and contract analysis of lease requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure Lease requirements are met in a timely manner
• Interpret Lease contracts to determine billing rights
• Audit general ledger accounts to maximize the recovery of operating expenses from Tenants via billings/reconciliations
• Audit Landlord billings to ensure we are not being overbilled per the terms of the Lease
• Prepare Annual Income vs Expense Filings for multiple entities
• Help to generate new procedures to improve efficiencies within and across departments
• Prepare special projects and analysis as needed
• As required by changing business needs, complete additional responsibilities as needed

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
