About the Position:
Compensation Details:
As a full-time driver, you can earn between $851.05 and $1,723.34 weekly, totaling an annual income of $44,252.00 to $89,596.00 depending on your experience, route, attendance, and length of service. Additionally, we offer accessorial pay for stops, detention, safety bonuses, and border crossings.
The starting pay rate for refrigerated van drivers is competitive, ranging from $0.60 to $0.65 per mile based on experience.
Transition Package:
Changing jobs can be challenging, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support you during your move. This includes $1,000 for orientation within your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on what you do best—driving.
