Now Hiring Safety Coordinator
Location: Osceola, AR
Pay: $45 - $50 per hour
Schedule: 7 days per week & then transition to working 4 10-hour days

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily job site safety inspections and audits
• Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety policies
• Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and hazard assessments
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; complete reports and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training for employees and subcontractors
• Maintain safety documentation including permits, inspections, and incident logs
• Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper safety equipment is available and maintained
• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to ensure safe work practices
• Assist with development and updates to site-specific safety plans
• Support emergency response planning and drills
• Track safety metrics and maintain OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301)
• Lead root cause analysis following incidents
• Stop unsafe work and escalate issues to management when necessary

Qualifications

• Safety coordinator with construction experience
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
