Sales Associate – Xclusive Wheels & Tires
Xclusive Wheels & Tires is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with selecting wheels, tires, and related services while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with wheels, tires, and automotive accessories
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer questions about pricing, promotions, and product features
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service for customers
- Manage inventory awareness and notify management of low stock
- Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of wheels and tires (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
