Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between recruiters in the field and the technical development team, ensuring the system reflects real-world mission needs. You will work directly with Air Force recruiting personnel to gather and translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, and system enhancements.

Your insights will help shape how recruiters identify, engage, and process applicants, making you a critical voice in aligning AFRISS Next-Gen with the Air Force’s strategic recruiting mission.

This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to define requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis and process improvement.
• Support user acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of BA experience with CRM/Salesforce.
• ​​​​​​​Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Government/DoD experience.
