Job Description

Liaise with the account leadership team to make and implement decisions for operational activities aligned with strategic goals.

• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of operations to ensure consistent and quality delivery of IT services.
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
• Oversee customer operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
• Work with project managers to develop budgets for special programs.
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
• Evaluate overall operational performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Work with tower heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.
• Ensure compliance and conformity of IT services delivered to the client established regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of management and operations experience.
• Managing onshore and offshore teams covering different time zones.
• Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
• Due diligent, proactive and problem solver.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellence and expertise in financial management, administration and IT operations.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
