We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, identifying and engaging with highly qualified candidates, and placing them in strategic roles within medical device, biotech, and healthcare technology companies. Your expertise will contribute directly to client success by matching exceptional talent with leading healthcare innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and placing candidates in sales, marketing, clinical, and executive roles within medical device and healthcare technology sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to understand business needs and talent requirements.

• Utilize various sourcing methods including networking, direct outreach, job boards, and social media to identify high-potential candidates.

• Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to ensure cultural and technical fit aligned with client expectations.

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.

• Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies to clients and internal teams.

• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes for successful placements.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to support business development and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in staffing, preferably within medical device, biotech, or healthcare technology industries.

• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, clinical, or executive leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including surgical robotics, diagnostics, AI applications, or telehealth is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, and CRM systems.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
