What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user observations
• Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance understanding of target audiences
• Plan and analyze usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and efficiency
• Perform competitive analysis to keep products innovative and relevant
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to integrate user insights into the development process

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 10+ years of relevant and demonstrable expertise in UX/Interaction Design
• 5+ years of experience leading design managers or larger design teams
• 5+ years of experience driving innovation or growth programs for B2C or B2B companies
• Proven focus on producing multichannel UX/UI and scalable design systems
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and facilitating workshops

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Strong background in emerging technologies such as voice, VR, AR, and AI
• Ability to create compelling visions and prototypes that drive customer-led product strategies
