What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user observations
Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance understanding of target audiences
Plan and analyze usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and efficiency
Perform competitive analysis to keep products innovative and relevant
Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to integrate user insights into the development process

What is Required (Qualifications):

10+ years of relevant and demonstrable expertise in UX/Interaction Design
5+ years of experience leading design managers or larger design teams
5+ years of experience driving innovation or growth programs for B2C or B2B companies
Proven focus on producing multichannel UX/UI and scalable design systems
Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and facilitating workshops

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Strong background in emerging technologies such as voice, VR, AR, and AI
Ability to create compelling visions and prototypes that drive customer-led product strategies
