Semper Solaris is a privately-owned and very financially stable leader in Solar, Battery Storage, Roofing, HVAC, and Home Efficiency services with locations throughout California, Texas, and Arizona, Florida, etc. We’re setting new standards in customer experience and we need  closers to help fuel our expansion.

• All leads provided — with a 90% sit rate!
• Run as many appointments as you like.
• 50% of commission paid before install.
• Average earnings over $200K+; top reps exceed $300K+
• W2 position with full benefits (we’re one of the only in the industry).
• Sell across multiple verticals: Solar + Battery, Roofing, and HVAC = more earning potential.
• Paid biweekly.

What You Need to Bring:

• Proven solar sales experience (top performers only—this is not entry-level)
• HIS license & valid driver’s license
• Roof-climbing and attic-access capability
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with schedule
• Bonus: Roofing sales experience is helpful but not required
